Return Policy

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

All returned/exchanged items must be in re-salable condition having not been worn, altered, or damaged. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in-tact. Please note that all custom order and sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping, handling and custom charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees.

Giftcards may not be returned.

Damaged Items

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout which will cover any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.We do not have a warranty on our products. However, we stand by the quality of all items sold online.
